HerSpace Junior is an after-school art club that uses creativity to empower young women to make their own positive choices. We focus particularly on building self-confidence and self-awareness in a safe space, as well as building positive relationships in a group. Of course we also provide knowledge and skills surrounding art and design, and have lots of fun! This term the group will be taking part in a project about identity, as well as doing a Discover and Explore Arts Award.
Who? Girls aged 6-11.
When? HerSpace Junior runs every Monday during term time from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
Where? Sessions take place at the Ark-T, Shop 101 at Templars Square in Cowley
A space for fun, experimentation and conversation!
Free / pay what you can. A suggested donation of £3.00 per session covers materials and refreshments. However, we understand that payment might not be possible for everyone, so please don’t hesitate to ask us.
